7th Annual BAR ROW STREET DANCE: June 25 & 26

Prepare for music, dancing, games, food, and more! The Ponderosa Bar and the Embassy Tavern, both side by side on Railroad Avenue in Green River, have begun the countdown to the 7th Annual Bar Row Street Dance.

The 2-day event will be held on Friday and Saturday, June 25 and 26. Games include a pool tournament, and new this year will be a shuffleboard tournament. Railroad Avenue will be closed to traffic, and each night will feature live music.

On Friday night, local country band Wyoming Raised will take the stage. The band has always consisted of Dakota (lead vocals, guitar) and Braxton (drums) Knezovich – but new members Austin Torres (bass guitar) and Brayten Bettelyoun (lead guitar) have brought new flavor and flare to the band’s style. Wyoming Raised is the band, the brand, and the hometown store.

Saturday night will be a treat: Missouri band Mountain Mischief will provide the evening’s foot-stomping entertainment. All of the band’s members have been playing and writing music since they were kids. Tyler Sutton (lead vocals, guitar), Charlie Williams (vocals, bass guitar), Alex King (electric guitar), and Will Dunlap (drums) play a long list of original music, rock and roll, and new and old school country rock.

Follow the Embassy and the Ponderosa on Facebook for more information as it becomes available. Don’t miss the 7th Annual Bar Row Street Dance – June 25 and 26, on Railroad Avenue in Green River!
