“Mom’s Memories” Mother’s Day Contest

Mother’s Day is right around the corner and we’re giving you a chance to win some great prizes with our Wyo4New “Mom’s Memories” Mother’s Day Contest!

All you have to do is submit your favorite photo of you with your mom and we’ll place it in one of our “Mother’s Day” frames.  We’ll then post the photo to our Facebook page where the public is invited to vote on their favorite photo.  We’ll give prizes to the top three photos with the most votes–1st, 2nd and 3rd places respectfully.  Photos can be submitted starting Monday, May 1st through 12:00 pm on Wednesday, May 10th (Only one photo can be entered for submission. Photos can only be submitted by either the mother or the adult child.  You cannot post a photo on behalf of someone else.).  Winners will be announced on Friday, May 12th!  You can submit your photo through Facebook messenger or email them to [email protected].

Here’s the breakdown of the prizes:

1st Place – Mother’s Day Buffet for 5 and a bottle of wine/champagne at Coyote Creek Steakhouse

2nd Place – $100 gift card to Daniel’s Jewelry

3rd Place – $50 gift certificate to White Mountain Mining

Wyo4News “Mom’s Memories” Mother’s Day Contest Rules:

  1. Promotion is open to all persons who are legal US residents, 18 years of age or older.
  2. Wyo4News “Mom’s Memories” Mother’s Day Contest photo entries can be submitted by Facebook registration at Facebook.com/Wyo4News or as an email attachment to [email protected]. Only one photo can be entered for submission. Photos can only be submitted by either the mother or the adult child.  You cannot post a photo on behalf of someone else.
  3. Photos can be submitted to Wyo4News between Monday, May 1, 2017 until noon on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 (Due to the overwhelming number of submissions, the last day to submit a photo has been changed from Thursday, May 11th to Wednesday May 10th.  This will allow us to upload all submissions before Friday, May 12th.).
  4. Wyo4News will inform the public through the WyoRadio Facebook page (Facebook.com/Wyo4News) and wyo4news.com, radio announcements on all WyoRadio Stations for people to vote for their favorite Wyo4News “Mom’s Memories” Mother’s Day Contest photo.
  5. To vote for a Wyo4News “Mom’s Memories” Mother’s Day Contest submitted photo, go to Facebook.com/Wyo4News to find the Wyo4News “Mom’s Memories” Mother’s Day Contest Photo Album. All photos submitted will be at this location. Click on a photo and then click the “like” button.  Each “like” will count as a single vote.  While in the Wyo4News “Mom’s Memories” Mother’s Day Contest Photo Album a person can “like” more than one photo.  Note: Facebook will not allow for a person to “like” the same photo more than once.  
  6. There is no restriction on how many photos a person can “like” in the Wyo4News “Mom’s Memories” Mother’s Day Contest Photo Album.
  7. There is no restriction on who may vote for (“like”) a photo entry.
  8. If they choose to do so, a person can vote for multiple photo entries.
  9. Voting will take place between Monday, May 1, 2017 and noon on Thursday, May 10, 2017. 
  10. Prizes will consist gift certificates from area merchants.
  11. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 entries with the most votes.  Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd places respectively.  1st place will receive  Mother’s Day Buffet for 5 at Coyote Creek Steakhouse. 2nd Place – $100 gift card to Daniel’s Jewelry.  3rd Place – $50 gift certificate to White Mountain Mining.
  12. Winning entries will be announced on Friday, May 12, 2017 on Facebook.com/Wyo4News and wyo4news.com, and on all WyoRadio radio stations.  Winner does not have to be listening to win.
  13. In case of tie, winning entry will be determined by a panel of independent judges.
  14. Decision of the judges is final.
  15. Wyo4News “Mom’s Memories” Mother’s Day Contest winner will receive prizes from area merchants.
  16. All photo entries submitted for the Wyo4News “Mom’s Memories” Mother’s Day Contest promotion become the property of Wyo4News and WyoRadio.
  17. By submitting a photo and entry information in this Wyo4News/WyoRadio promotion, participants agree to have his or her name, voice and likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material related to the “Mom’s Memories”Mother’s Day Contest promotion, without further compensation.
  18. Contestants must have valid picture ID in order to redeem any prize won.
  19. There is no prize substitution.
  20. A winner will forfeit any prize not claimed within thirty (30) days of winning.
  21. If a prize is not claimed, no alternate winner will be selected and the prize will become the property of Wyo4News/WyoRadio.
  22. Winners are responsible for any and all taxes due from the prize won. An IRS form W-9 with the winner’s full Social Security number will be issued with any prize won valued at over $600.00. Failure to submit a complete W-9 will result in forfeiture of the prize.
  23. Decisions by Wyo4News/WyoRadio management with respect to this promotion are final.
  24. Wyo4News, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process. Failure to comply with these rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification and/or forfeiture of any prize or prizes.
  25. Wyo4News reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Promotion as it deems necessary if it is not capable of completion as planned.
  26. Wyo4News reserves the right to make changes in the rules of this promotion, including, without limitation, the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.
  27. Employees of Wyo4News/WyoRadio and their immediate families or households, it’s licensee, participating sponsors and their employees are not eligible to participate.
