Using any of this website’s features that allow users to contact the administrators directly or contribute content like comments on news updates and personal photograph submissions constitutes an agreement to all of the following terms and conditions.

To the fullest extent allowed, Wyo4News Inc. disclaims all implied warranties including without limitation warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, performance, course of dealing or usage of trade, accuracy, or reliability.

Wyo4News is designed to facilitate a free flow of information and commerce but the administrators reserve the right to permanently delete any user content or account that Wyo4News staff deem offensive or inappropriate. We also reserve the right to determine what is defined as offensive or inappropriate. This list of objectionable material is not comprehensive, but it’s a pretty good guide:

No libel, slander, hostility, profanity, name-calling, or impersonating someone else. Civility is a non-negotiable condition for contributing content. Respect everyone’s right to their own opinions, even if  you strongly disagree. We will remove offensive content at first and permanently ban the IP addresses of any repeat offenders.

We do not endorse any user-generated content and will not guarantee the accuracy of this content.

Do not violate any trademarks, copyrights or intellectual property rights. Do not post content you do not own. There is some leeway with social media sharing, but plagiarism is pretty straightforward. If you didn’t write it or discovered interesting or authoritative information, give credit to the source when sharing.

Wyo4News owns the rights to any user content sent or distributed to wyo4news.com, including images, photographs, videos, comments, letters or any other media submissions.

Wyo4News Inc. assumes responsibility only for content published by the administrators on our social media accounts. We assume no responsibility for any other content generated on social networks like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram.

We will accept user contributions, including press releases or media packages.

If you feel your property rights have been infringed, please notify us and will investigate the property and remove the content in question if necessary.

We will publish any corrections as soon as possible. Please let us know if you catch a mistake by sending an email to [email protected] under the subject line: CORRECTION.
