ROCK SPRINGS, WYOMING — Sweetwater School District Number One in partnership with Public Health will be offering a COVID19 vaccine clinic at Rock Springs High School in the cafeteria on Friday, January 7, 2022 from 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. The Pfizer vaccine is available for 5 years and up, and both Pfizer and Moderna boosters will be available. If you are interested and can commit to this day and time range, please fill out the information below. Please fill this form out for each individual wanting the vaccine for this day and time. This will be a walk-in clinic, no appointment is required. You can register HERE.

From Sweetwater County Health, the CDC has updated recommendations for booster and additional doses.

  1. If you received Pfizer Vaccine, the internal has been shortened from 6 months to 5 months.
  2. For moderately or severely immunocompromised children ages 5-11, they are recommending an additional primary dose 28 days after their second shot.

Additionally, there is an ACIP meeting planned for 1/5/2021 to discuss booster doses for 12-15-year-olds.
