Wyoming Cowboys (22-15) will try to win their first post season basketball championship in 74 years tonight when they host Coastal Carolina (20-18) in the final game of the CBI Tournament.  The best of three series is tied at one game a piece after Wednesday’s 81-57 victory by Wyoming.

The last time the Pokes won a post season basketball tournament was 1943 when they won both the NCAA and NIT Tournaments.  Tonight’s game also marks the first time since 1986 that Wyoming played in a championship game. Hopefully better results tonight as the Cowboys lost that game to Ohio State.

Tonight’s game will also mark the 38th game this season for Wyoming, which is a single season record most games played record.

Game time is 5:00 pm with the pregame show starting at 4:30 on 1360 KRKK or streamed on line at 1360KRKK.com.
