Cowboys End Regular Season On A Winning Note

The Wyoming Cowboys finished of the regular season with a 74-62 home win over San Jose State this afternoon.  The win ups the Pokes record to 18-13 overall and 8-10 in  the Mountain West Conference.  San Jose State falls to 14-15 and 7-11 in the MWC.

Wyoming was led by Justin James with 15 points.  Alan Herndon added 13 points.  Senior Jason McManamen (pictured above left)  had 9 points in his last regular season as a Cowboy.  The other Poke senior, Morris Marshall (pictured above right) started the game but played only three minutes and did not score before leaving the game with an injury.

Wyoming now moves on to the Mountain West Conference Tournament in Las Vegas were they will play Wednesday.  Their opponent will be determined by the outcome of the UNLV at Fresno State game played later this evening.
