
The Green River Police Department would like to welcome Officers Kyle Delisser and Travis Lynch as the newest additions to the GRPD family.
Officer Kyle Delisser is a former Army Infantry Specialist Veteran who moved to Green River from Kansas City looking to start his law enforcement career. Kyle will be attending the Wyoming Law Enforcement Academy this April.

Officer Travis Lynch joins the GRPD from the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office. Travis came to Wyoming from New Jersey to study Criminal Justice at the University of Wyoming where he graduated with his Bachelor’s degree. Travis started his law enforcement career as a Patrol Deputy for Laramie County. He is also an active member of the Wyoming Air National Guard working in the Security Forces.
Both officers swore the oath as a Green River Police Officer at a ceremony that took place yesterday, Monday, January 14th at the City Council Chambers. City Administrator Reed Clevenger delivered the oath. Chief Tom Jarvie, presented both Officers with their badges. Members of the GRPD and City personnel were in attendance. Kyle was accompanied by his Mother Susie Anastos and Step Father John Anastos.
