National Weather Service Saturday Snow Totals


We have all heard the advertising line “results may vary”.  Well, that also probably holds true from yesterday’s area snow fall totals.  With that in mind, here are some area snow totals as reported by the National Weather Service from various area locations.

The following are preliminary snowfall reports from Friday afternoon through Saturday afternoon:

Rock Springs… 4 inches.

Green River… 3.5 inches.

2 NNE Farson… 2 inches.

South Pass… 6 inches.

Riverton… 5.7 inches.

Casper… 4-6 inches.

Pinedale… 6 inches.

Boulder… 4 inches.

Jackson Hole – Rendezvous Bowl… 3 inches.

Jackson Hole – Snow King… 2 inches.

Yellowstone Park – Various Locations… 2-4 inches.
