
November 2, 2021 — City Council agendas for tonight’s Rock Springs and Green River meetings are full of important material. The meetings will start at 7:00 p.m. at their respective City Halls.
In Rock Springs, the new business includes a recommendation from the Health Insurance Committee concerning health insurance plans for HRA and HSA offered to City employees. Also, a request from the Finance Department to Renew the City’s Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance Plan for 2022 will be discussed.
A wastewater treatment plant for mobile vendors will be among the resolutions.
Ordinances include a third reading of the “Official Zoning Map” of the City of Rock Springs and the second reading of an ordinance, “Permitting and Regulation of Mobile Vendors.”
A public meeting with Senator John Kolb and Representative Clark Stith will be held at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers regarding Legislative Redistricting in our area.

Tonight’s Redistricting Meeting
Prior to the Rock Springs City Council meeting, a public meeting on Sweetwater County’s proposed Legislative Redistricting changes will take place beginning at 5:30 p.m. District 12 Senator John Kolb and District 48 Representative Clark Stith be available for public comments on proposed legislative redistricting.
Green River City Council meeting:
The meeting starts by proclaiming November 2021 National Diabetes Month. A resolution accepting grant funds from the Wyoming Office of Homeland Security is also on the agenda.
