UPDATE 10:48 p.m.: According to the RSPD, on arrival of the scene it was found that Brad Stassinos died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Lamar Yarber was contacted during the incident and was arrested for two warrants, unrelated to the incident. Original story below.
At approximately 5:00 p.m., the Rock Springs Police Department was dispatched to 508 5th Avenue W. for a report of a disturbance where shots had been fired. At this time the investigation is ongoing.
