ROCK SPRINGS, WYOMING (June 8, 2020) — Not sure if the weather folks are going to cooperate, but the Rock Springs wading pools are scheduled to open today. Forecasters are calling for today’s temperatures to be only in the upper 40’s to low 50’s.

The Century West, Blairtown and Washington wading pools are scheduled to open at 10:30 a.m. with the Century West and Blairtown pools scheduled to stay open until 5 p.m. The Washington pool will be closing at 4:30 p.m.
The Century West and Blairtown wading pools are for ages 15 and younger with the Washington pool for ages 10 and under.

Social distancing guidelines are encouraged. There is no admission fee.
The splash pads at the Rock Springs Family Recreation Center and Garnet Park have been open for a couple of weeks.
