ROCK SPRINGS, WYOMING (August 4, 2021) — Rock Springs Police Department is investigating the runaway of Owen Shepard, 16, of Rock Springs. Owen was last seen today in the area of the Recreation Center at approximately 3:30 p.m.

Owen is 5’8” tall, 170 pounds, brown eyes, brown hair, and wears glasses. Since the time of the photo provided, Owen now has facial hair and longer hair. He was last seen wearing tan shorts and a long sleeved red shirt.
