Saturday, February 16th, at approximately 12:50 PM Sublette County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call of an unresponsive female in Big Piney. Upon arrival on scene, Deputies found the female in her home. She was cold to the touch and appeared to be deceased before the arrival of first responders. The woman was later identified as 46-year-old Yvonne Nicole (Nikkie) Woods of Big Piney, Wyoming. Sublette County EMS arrived on scene where Mrs. Woods was pronounced deceased.

The cause of death is currently under investigation by the Sublette County Sheriff’s Office and the Sublette County Coroner’s Office. No foul play is suspected at this time.
