January 12, 2022 — Wyoming is known as the “Equality State,” and a recent study by the website Wallethub.com may help bear that out. According to the website, Wyoming ranked #1 of all 50 states and the District of Columbia as achieving the most racial progress. Employment and wealth, education, and social and civic engagement were measurements used to develop that top ranking. Texas was number two, with Georgia number three.
