Western volleyball evens season mark with road win

August 31, 2022 – The Western Wyoming Community College volleyball evened their season record at 5-5 Tuesday with a three-set win at Colorado Community College. The set scores were 25-21, 25-16, and 25-23. The Mustangs have now won five of their last seven matches.

Western will stay on the road traveling to McCook, Nebraska, for a two-day tournament this Friday. They will play Barton College and Ranger College on Friday, with matches against Southeast College and Garden City Community College on Saturday.

WWCC will host its first home volleyball match of the season on Wednesday, September 7, against Colorado Northwestern Community College.

The Mustangs women’s soccer team will be on the road traveling through Kansas. Western will play at Garden City College on Friday, and play both Allen Community College and Hutchinson Community College on Saturday.
