The Western Wyoming Community College Board of Trustees is pleased to announce that they have selected three finalists for the presidency of Western Wyoming Community College. Western first created a Presidential Search Advisory Committee in December, which was comprised of members of the college community and the community they serve. Western also hired ACCT Search Services, a standard higher education search company, to promote the position. ACCT Search Service’s hard work has elevated Western’s reputation and their collective talents helped yield a strong and deep candidate pool.
“I would personally like to thank the entire college community for your continued interest and support in the process to identify Western’s next president,” states Board President George Eckman. “I would also like to take this opportunity to thank each and every member of the Presidential Search Advisory Committee for their hard work, long hours and assistance in this process.”
The Western Wyoming Community College presidential finalists are (in alphabetical order):
Denise Crews, Ed.D., is Vice President of Academic Services, Richland Community College in Decatur, IL.
Kimberly Kuster Dale, Ph.D., is Executive Vice President of Western Nebraska Community College in Scottsbluff, NE.
Timothy Taylor, Ph.D., is the former Associate Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs, Professional Programs at Oakland Community College in Bloomfield Hills, MI.
Receptions for each presidential finalist will be at the Rock Springs Historical Museum from 5:30-7:00 pm on March 26th, 27th and 28th. Community members are invited to attend these receptions.
WWCC is looking forward to a successful completion of the presidential search process. If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to reach out to the ACCT Search Consultant: Julie Golder, J.D., Vice President of Search Services, [email protected] or (202) 384-5816 (Mobile).
