August 31, 2022 — On Tuesday, the Wyoming Highway Patrol announced that one of their troopers had been arrested by the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office. According to the WHP press release, Cheyenne Police had contacted them about an investigation concerning WHP Sergeant Gabreil Testerman back in early May of this year.
Testerman, who was stationed in Cheyenne, was immediately removed from service and placed on administrative leave. The Wyoming Highway Patrol stated they are fully cooperating with authorities.
Details on charges against Testerman have not been made public as the investigation continues.
