Dina Marie Wise-Osier, 61, passed away Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County in Rock Springs, Wyoming. She was a resident of Rock Springs for the last 21 years and a former resident of Elko, Nevada. She died from a courageous battle with cancer for the past seven months.
Dina was born June 18, 1960 in Elko, Nevada; the daughter of Jack Emery Wise and Mary Lou Dean Wise.
Mrs. Wise-Osier attended schools in Wells, Nevada.
She was married to Randall Ernest Osier on January 21, 1998 in Elko, Nevada. He preceded her in death on April 2, 2015.
Mrs. Wise-Oiser enjoyed spending time with her family, taking care of her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was an avid carpenter having renovated her home. Dina loved to read and doing crafts.
Survivors include one son, Jeremy Epps and wife Farah of Pleasant Grove, Utah; two daughters, Crystal Peel and husband Anthony of Rock Springs, Wyoming; Melissa Goff of Rock Springs, Wyoming; three sisters, Doris McCoy and husband Karl of Spring Creek, Nevada; Laurie Wise of Elko, Nevada; Alice Hawkes of Wasilla, Alaska; seven grandchildren, Selena Keller-Epps; Jasmine Keller-Epps; Kaitlynn Noyes; Ariss Epps; Leo Epps; Bowdie Noyes; Arianna Epps; two great-grandchildren, Sophia Jeppesen; Tyler Martin; three aunts; three uncles; as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Randall Osier.
Cremation will take place; No services will be held at her request.
