Jill Roosa, 66, of Rock Springs, passed away unexpectedly in the early hours of Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at Deer Trail Assisted Living where she had been a resident for the past year due to an aggressive form of dementia. Cremation will take place: a Celebration of Life may be scheduled at a later time.
