Raymond A. Richards, 80, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2022, at his home in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Mr. Richards died following a lengthy illness. Cremation has taken place; a Celebration of Life will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Monday, October 10, 2022 at the Vase Funeral Home, 154 Elk Street, Rock Springs, Wyoming.
