On this edition of Insights, WyoRadio’s Tom Ellis speaks with Rock Springs Civic Center’s Supervisor, JJ Synrud. During the ’70s, the City of Rock Springs invested in infrastructure for the city in the form of recreational facilities to boost the economy. That included parks and a recreation center, complete with an ice arena, resulting in amazing opportunities for today’s residents during the summer and winter months. This has helped assist in why Rock Springs remains a great place to work, play, and raise a family.
