RSHS Student Critically Injured In Utah Crash

A Rock Springs High School student was critically injured in a crash in Utah on Saturday.

RSHS student and cheer mascot CodeaJay Pacheco was reportedly one of three people critically injured when the vehicle she was traveling in collided with two commercial vehicles in Utah.

Utah’s KSL.com reports a 21-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman were also critically injured in the crash. A young child passenger was unharmed. Read more about the crash here.

Cheer Coach Dena Douchant and the cheer team are in the process of raising funds to help the family with medical bills.
