The Rock Springs URA is looking for your input concerning the planned new murals that will be appearing this spring and summer in Downtown Rock Springs.
A meeting is planned at the URA office at 603 South Main on Tuesday, February 28th at 5:30 pm. Some of the items to be discussed are mural locations and concepts.
This past September the Rock Springs Main Street/Urban Renewal Agency announced a Kickstarter campaign to raise $7,500 to complete a minimum of two new murals in Downtown Rock Springs.  Rock Springs residents Bruce and Carla Pivic said they would match all Kickstarter  funds raised up to $7,500.00.
Through the Kickstarter campaign and the Pivic’s match, over $15,000 was raised for the mural projects.
