Both vehicle-one and vehicle-two approached the stop sign on Wilkes Dr. After stopping vehicle-one attempted to conduct a righthand turn, eastbound on to Riverview Dr. due to the vehicle being in 4wheel drive the vehicle was unable to complete the turn.
