Animal Control Officers responded to a report of suspected cruelty to animals. Officers observed the horse in question, contacted the owner, and completed a report of the incident which was forwarded to the City Prosecutor for review.

Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a dog at large. ACO’s impounded the dog, a silver Husky, and transported the dog to the animal shelter.

Officers responded to a report of found property. Officers collected the found property; a credit card, a tax card, a WIC card, and an ID card. Officers made attempts to return the property to the rightful owners. Any property that could not be returned was booked in for safekeeping. Officers completed a report of the incident.

Officers responded to a one-vehicle collision. It was reported the driver, Kay Balzly age 56 of Green River, accidentally pressed on the gas and hit the railing in front of the business. Balzly was issued a citation for Inattentive Driving with a Crash. No injuries were reported. RTF
