The Green River Police Department is investigating reports of stolen vehicles in which unlocked vehicles, with keys left inside have been taken and left parked in other areas of town. These thefts have occurred during the night and the vehicles were found in the morning.
The GRPD reminds citizens to take keys out of unoccupied vehicles, roll up windows, lock doors and keep valuables out of vehicles to take away opportunities for potential thefts.
