Wolves Season Comes To An End With Loss To Kelly Walsh

Jackson, WY (5/17/19) – The Green River Wolves had their season come to an end at the hands of the Kelly Walsh Trojans, as they lost in their consolation soccer match, 2-0, at the 4A Boys State Soccer Tournament Friday afternoon in Jackson.

The Wolves end the season with a 9-10-2 record. The Trojans improve to 9-8-1 on the season.

The Consolation Championship match will have the Trojans facing the Cheyenne Central Indians, who beat the Campbell County Camels, 3-1, this afternoon. The Indians come into the match with an 11-5-1 record.

Thunder Basin defeated Cheyenne East, 3-0, and Jackson won a 3-2 shootout over Star Valley to set up Saturday’s State Championship match.
