On this edition of Insights, WyoRadio’s Tom Ellis speaks with Wyoming State Senator John Kolb about the BLM Draft Proposal. Kolb, who represents Senate District 12, has a very definite opinion on the draft management proposal for the Rock Springs Area, calling it a “land grab”. The final comment opportunity on the proposed changes is Wednesday, September 27, at the Holiday Inn Ballroom from 3 to 6 p.m.
