Alison Hartman, 56, passed away on October 1, 2021 at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County in Rock Springs, Wyoming. She was a resident of Rock Springs for 6 years and a former resident of Colorado.
She was born on March 19, 1965 in Denver, Colorado; the daughter of Arnold Cothran and Sharon Keith Flores.
Alison attended schools in Colorado and obtained her GED, she later attended Pima Medical School.
She married Clayton Hartman on February 25, 2000 in Denver Colorado. He preceded her in death on April 1, 2013.
Alison loved all animals; rescuing dogs, volunteering to help transport shelter dogs, volunteering at Animal Control as well as Red Desert Humane Society were a few of her many passions. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren and she loved them fiercely.
Survivors include one son Kenneth McCloskey and wife Sheila of Rock Springs, Wyoming; one daughter Rebecca McCloskey and fiancé Matthew Taylor of Rock Springs, Wyoming; one brother Ron Cothran of Vanzant, Missouri; two sisters Salena Cothran of Thorton, Colorado; Charlene Corie Cothranof Thorton, Colorado; grandchildren, Conner McCloskey, Savannah McCloskey, Brook Stallman, Riley Stallman, Everleigh Taylor, Jeremiah Robberson, Christopher McCloskey, and Dominick McCloskey.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Clayton, and one son Christopher McCloskey.
Following Cremation, a Celebration of Life will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, October 16, 2021 at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, 211 B Street in Rock Springs, Wyoming 82901.
