Officers, upon arrival, could hear loud music coming from inside the residence, officers made contact with the individuals at the residence and advised them of the noise complaint. Officers cleared the scene but were called back a short time later for another report of loud noise. Officers again met with the individuals at the residence. Officers, while inside the residence, observed drug paraphernalia. The individual turned over the paraphernalia and a bag of suspected marijuana to the officers. The individual, identified as, Michael Farris, age 59 of Green River, was issued citations for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Plant form and Disturbing the Peace.
