Earlier today, 28-year old man Ryan Flaten was sentenced 45 months to 6 years in prison on nine of a possible 16 counts of voyeurism. The acts were performed in Sweetwater County. Third Judicial Judge Rick Lavery ordered the count to be served concurrent with each other.

Seven counts in the trial against Flaten were dismissed.
Flaten is also being charged on 31 other counts, 29 for voyeurism and two charges of sexual exploitation of a minor. He will be tried in Sweetwater County for these charges.

The date set for Flaten’s trial on the 31 counts will be Monday, September 10th.
